Whenever Christmas rolls around, we can always be sure that at least one TV station will air one of those iconic Christmas stop-motion specials made by Rankin/Bass Productions. You’re probably the most likely to see the Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer version from 1964, but they might put on Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town or The Year Without Santa Claus if they’re feeling frisky.
Since our childhoods have made these specials as nostalgic for us as they were for our parents, it’s hard not to identify with some of their characters. But don’t worry if it’s been a while because we’ve got you covered.
