How would you prepare for a meeting with the promotion board?

I’d memorize the NCO Creed and make sure my uniform is correct ahead of time
I would request any relevant memorandum of instruction and study it like I’m taking my finals
Right or wrong, I would answer any question I’m asked with confidence
Honestly, it’s more helpful than you think to just admit what you don’t know
