Erika Eleniak’s Struggle
Erika, who played the lead female role of Shauni McClain on the show, struggled with an eating disorder during filming. At one point she was abusing laxatives and was so underweight and unhealthy that she was hospitalized. She continued to battle with maintaining a healthy weight and appeared on VH1 Celebrity Fit Club in order to shed pounds in 2006.
