“The King” Elvis Presley had a suspected heart attack just hours after this paparazzi photo was taken. The cause of death was officially listed as “hypertensive cardiovascular disease with atherosclerotic heart disease.”
However, the true cause of death was covered up by Presley’s family. Many suspected that The King actually died from an overdose of prescription drugs that caused his heart to stop.
