The Bey Hive went crazy when they found out the queen was going to be in a film. This might have been her first mainstream film and it was kind of out of left field because we always thought of her in a serious light, not goofy and silly like Austin Powers. Nevertheless, it wasn’t a bad film, just your regular run of the mill comedy that allowed her to showcase her talents on the big screen.
