Man Guilty of Manslaughter
In 2015, 34-year-old Brad Davis of Oklahoma was arrested after killing his step-father. The former Marine allegedly gave Denver St. Clair an atomic wedgie so intense, that the underwear was pulled up over his head and around his neck. St. Clair’s air supply was cut off as a result and Davis knocked him out, leading to his death.
Davis’s attorney claimed that his client was defending himself against St. Clair, who bullied Davis his entire life. Talk about a dislike of step-parents! Davis was charged with first-degree murder and pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
