The Shadow People is a popular urban legend among many cultures. Many people claim to see shadows of people or other humanoid figures (but not what or who caused the shadow) running around dark, creepy places. People who believe in the Shadow People believe that it is caused by supernatural or paranormal activity.
While methamphetamine addicts claim to see Shadow People as a part of their hallucinations, other people claim to be terrorized by these figures during bouts of sleep paralysis, which makes it even scarier! The Shadow People have been subjects of numerous folklore and ghost stories.
