The Rolled up Carpet Trick
It happens all the time in movies: a dead body is rolled up in a carpet and thrown into the dumpster. Pretty unassuming way to hide a dead body, right? Well according to one legend, you shouldn’t necessarily go apartment shopping in a dumpster because what you find may haunt you.
This is exactly what happened to some students at Columbia University back in 1984. They decided to go dumpster diving to try to spice up their dorm décor, but they got a lot more than they bargained for. Click on to see what happened next.
